[Bug] PermissionViewer: Reload Causes de-Formatting Problem

Describe the Bug
On activation, Permissions "block" is presented correctly.
If Discord is then Reloaded (Ctrl+R) the plugin "works" but the formatting of the Permissions "block" gets .. weird.

To Reproduce
Activate Plugin, view Profile, Reload Discord, view Profile (doesn't even have to be the same Profile)

Expected Behavior
Permissions Block should be the same in both cases.

I have to correct Zacam. In my case the formatting error also happens after each full Discord restart. Here is a picture of how the formatting looks like in my case:

This should be fixed now in v1.0.1!
