Change the JWT secret of PRE env

We have already successfully deployed to the pre-production environment. We have a hardcoded jwt secret in the application-dev.yml file for testing purposes.
But now it is imperative that we change it and secure it, obfuscating the value so that the `jwt secret' remains known only to us, thus avoiding hard security issues with our environment.
