Add support for suggestion diffs to Ariadne

It would be nice to have Ariadne support suggestion diffs. These might come in the form of a particular sub-string in the input document being replaced in the diagnostic (or in a note) with a new string. The implementation should be as clean and as concise as possible: avoid unnecessary refactoring and complexity. The diffs should be coloured green in the output.
