Product idea: Simple LINK BUILDER for utm tags and codes?

Idea?
Building links is confusing for marketers, for example

https://www.acme.com?UTM_campaign=test1&UTM_source=webx

An interface that builds that link for marketers would greatly help marketing efforts. Zesty could read a headless dataset personas or sources, etc to construct an interface to build a link for ads etc
