Activity Log: Add Log When a Model Name or Reference ID is Updated

Problem
Currently when a user renames a model or changes it's reference ID, the activity log does not reflect these changes.

Imagine a scenario where a user goes rogue and starts to change reference IDs or model names to confuse the users in the organization. In this situation, we won't be able to share who took these changes and hence it will be difficult for the organization to identify the rogue user. This is extremely problematic!!!

Solution
Add the following two types of logs to Activity Log:

• Modified Model Name
• Modified API/Parsley Reference ID

Activity log does reflect these changes. Can you please elaborate on what the issue is. Is it that the messaging is not ideal?
Note: On current prod there is cache in place on Activity Log. If you leave and come back to activity log under 30 seconds it would NOT load in new data.
However on Schema rework now that we have model mutations on rtk query we are cache busting activity log on Model and Field mutations so this will no longer be the case (edited)
