Media: Improving All Media Insights

Problem
Currently the All Media Insights uses a Metrics end point that needs revamping as it is very limited and only responds with 20 items.

Solution
All File Insights End Point:
Should take parameters:
Sort parameter (number of requests, bandwidth) (support ASC/DESC)
Limit parameter (specify how many items the response should return)
From parameter
To parameter
Should return a list of files, their ZUID, file name, file bandwidth, and the total requests for them
This list should be sorted in descending order of bandwidth used

How complex will task be?
Can it be implemented?
How long would it take to make these end points?
