Schema: Create Model Templates

Allow users to create models based of pre-existing templates. These templates will be:

1. Blog Posts
2. Authors
3. Categories
4. Projects
5. Clients
6. Team Members
7. Residential Listings
8. Events
9. Menu Items
10. Songs
11. Shows
12. Recipes
13. Products

This will be a bank of templates in the long term which users will be able to search.
This should be controlled from a headless dataset in a Zesty Instance.
