Remove extra asterisk `*` in the Redirects Target upon adding a wild card redirect

The image below is the raw data before submitting a wildcard redirect:. Noticed that there is no * included.

However from the submitted redirect entry, an asterisk icon is included:

@b-estevez the asterisk represents a wildcard character that's why I'm not sure if we'd like to remove this, although it does already say "Wildcard" on the other column.

Would probably be better if we get some input from @zcolah as well regarding whether or not we'd want this removed.

I also see it the same way, however @giseleblair was confused by it. Maybe there is a better way to represent it as a wildcard.

Probably need her inputs about this
