Block editor clears block description

When a block compiles new code it erases the description

Expected behavior:

To keep an existing description if it exists or populate a new one

Actual behavior:

When a block compiles new code it erases the description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open block editor, manually edit the file
2. Save it
3. Select it
4. Try to run pipeline
5. Description is gone from that block
