Patches for two issues #344
Description
I am developing a new tool based on Duc (see https://github.com/caco3/duc-service).
I found two issues in it. One is that the cgi mode does not keep the database when iterating into a subfolder. The other one is that in case of an error in the cgi mode, the html header/footer are not shown.
For both issues I wrote patches, see add-db-to-url.patch resp. show-html-on-error.patch.
They are based on 1.4.5 because I could not get the master to compile (missing configuration scripts and dependencies).
