Init Discord Runner #35
Description
Initialize Discord Runner. ( #28 Discord bot research )
-Setup a database connection for the Bot. I would suggest to use mongoDB, SQLite or Redis (Obviously I suggest, we should read more about this topic before implementation). What we should store in the specific Discord Bot database? Do we need a separated "private" database for Discord Bot at all?
- There is a prioritised list in Discord bot research #28, first of all we should implement the help/show commands and the basic role management
