Creating a share option for Json diff

Json diff was great

can we add some more extra features for it , like if we are performing a json diff on two jsons and sharing that exact json diff to some other people in the team , that would help us a lot

Hello @18121A05L2. Thank you for using JSONDiff and a big thank you for the feature request. You can share a diff of two JSON files by putting them both as arguments on the URL like this:

https://jsondiff.com/?left=https://jsondiff.com/one.json&right=https://jsondiff.com/two.json

That will cause them to be loaded and displayed automatically. Is that the functionality you were looking for, or did you need something else?

Yes , exactly the same

And by clicking on the share option it will automatically copied to clipboard and developers can share to co devs

That option only works if the JSON file is available somewhere on the Internet to be loaded. If JSONDiff copied the contents of JSON files and made it available to other people that would be a significant security risk. Is that what you're looking for?

We were only sharing those to the one whom we trusted and these urls anyway won't be available to public unless until we shared it

I was not sure about the sequrity risks you were mentioning

And i was not sure about the url length limitations , if there a way to encode it and decode it and by this way we can decrease the length of the url too

You can copy and paste the URL. You can also encode JSON files on the URL if you don't want to share the JSON file at an open URL.
