Image freezes after moving it a dozen times

I've been noticing while using this that the image will no longer allow me to drag it up/down or left/right after doing so about a dozen times. I can still use the mouse to zoom in but on a desktop am unable to get the image to move to the desired focal point. Has anyone else ran into this? I also occasionally see warning like the one below in the console but no errors thrown.
