After register "admin" account

I created an admin account, and it was created with privileges. After that, I rebooted the system, and now the grading process is not running. How can I fix this?

try run the docker.sh in /home/judge/src/install

sudo su
cd /home/judge/src/install
bash docker.sh

if it fail trying build docker image, try fix docker repo first.
