"Microsoft.ManagedIdentity" SDK update generated from API swagger (Azure#29684)

* Regenerated csharp SDK classes. Added new test cases. Added new SessionRecords

* Changing versions according to documentation

* Added regenerated JSON recordings for CanPatchPolicyAssignment and CanCrudPolicyAssignmentAtResourceGroup
