Hi there :) This is a false positive. If you downloaded Donut from donutbrowser.com or GitHub Releases, there is no virus.

You can build the app yourself from the source code from the latest tag. I plan to get EV Code Signing in the next few months, which should help a little. Though, considering that Donut is a browser binary orchestrator that spawns supporting processes for them, some level of heuristic noise is unavoidable.

Kaspersky is still flagging the presence of a virus - both in the portable version and in the Windows .exe file. Tried all 3 options: Repo README link, Releases and site donutbrowser.com
