Add custom commands to quirk

I tried to get the LIVARNO LUX LED Bar (Lidl) device to work properly with zha: #1567

Unfortunately, I do not know how to insert the necessary commands into the quirk. Can someone explain where the error is? I didn't find any documentation about this.
