After flasing ZigbeeTlc firmware, the device works with ZHA, but custom features are missing.
Solution description
The custom features can be enabled by adding:
.applies_to("Tuya", "ZG-227Z-z")
line to proper part of the zhaquirks\custom\telink.py file.
