Steps to reproduce

Check logs upon discovery/reboot.

Expected behavior

This Third Reality bulb has a firmware which reports its minimum color temperature (mireds) as 0, which is impossible. ZHA automatically corrects this to 153 mireds (the typical minimum for most bulbs).

In honesty, this is a Third Reality problem, but much easier to report here.
