README example swaps os and arch in field names.#7

The README's example for the /v1/zls/select-version endpoint has swapped the os and arch in the names of the artifact fields. E.g. the README says linux-x86_64 but artifactsToRecord() outputs x86_64-linux.

I will put together a quick pull request for this in a few minutes.
