Make full category tree available

In user view only main and first sublevel of categories are available. Perhaps it should be possible to 'drill down' to the last available level?

But also, if Admin was to move a category, the links tied to the category should be able to move with it.

that's not really related to this ticket actually. This is more about the display on the Link-Index page.

Also - are you sure that isn't already true? I would assume it is.

Sorry, just tried to move and the links do in fact move along with the categories. Duh!
