Docs Publish Job is Missing on CI #1144
Description
The latest published doc was about 3 months ago! It seems that there is an unwanted change to ci, so we should fix that.
Another note: The latest version of the doc doesn't have the artifacts.md page! This means we need to have some checks on CI to verify that the site build is successfully passing.
