Bump to version 1.0

I've been using several libraries in the ZIO eco system and a lot of them are very good quality. However when "seasoned" JVM developers are contracted or hired one of their arguments to move away from Scala is that libraries are not "mature" by looking at the version numbers. In my opinion it's stupid, but I'm not the rest 🙂

Is this library planning any significant changes and would you consider it stable enough to release 1.0?

I do agree that 1.0 should be released. This is a very stable and mature library. The only limitation is removing magnolia (which would not be binary compatible iirc), but I suppose we can proceed with a 1.0 with magnolia and release 2.0 without.
