update redmine.org plugin repo entry

this would be even more important now as redmine 2.5 added a plugin update check...
but the update check only checks back with the official redmine plugin repo at http://www.redmine.org/plugins

Today I sent out a requesting email to redmine_lighbox author to update that plugin but i got the very disappointing reply. I have attached the snapshot of that email...:(
