This hinders me from processing the data further. Could you provide the complete data for downloading? Or are there any mistakes on my side?

I believe that's because they are samples from the humanact12 dataset, which is not part of AMASS.
Originally, HumanML3D used that dataset since they used IK to get rotations for each sample, which introduces rotation error. But motionStreamer directly uses SMPL-based 6D rotation as joint rotations, and since humanact12 only provides joint locations instead of SMPL, they have removed it.
