ci: improve config of release-plz #14
Description
The first PR submitted by the release workflow with release-plz had for PR title (merge commit): chore: release v0.0.1.
Find if there is a way to customize this into e.g chore({pkg})): v{version}
Question: what is the PR is supposed to release several different crates, what becomes the merge commit message
