Adding Request Headers throws Exception

Hi,

first of all, Cool extension.

I am testing your version 0.0.3 with keycloak 26.2.5.
The only Problem I have is that setting a Request Header throws
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.lang.CharSequence.toString()" because "replacement" is null

I also build a version against my keycloak.
Same Exception.

Hi, thanks for the tests.

The issue is most likely caused by a missing null check for the email string here.
If there's no value for the placeholder, nothing should happen.

If you're still testing, please include the full stack trace.
