Make boot compilation independent from driver #3
Description
As of the current status of the project, the driver must be compiled before attempting to compile the EFI application. This is not only inconvenient, but prevents the boot application from being easily used with a different driver. Writing the driver to the USB storage separately from the boot application, instead of being embedded in it, would fix this.
