Add option to change Background image opacity when tab is not active

_Feature improvements – Add option to change Background Image opacity when tab is not active

It'd be cool if I could set opacity for background image when my tab is not active. Let's say I'm in a tab with nightTab. Then, I switch to another window, while the browser is displayed. Whenever browser loses focus, the background image's opacity goes down, which can help decrease distraction from browser. Also, it might feel good if nightTab can give responses like:

• When browser gains focus, it smoothly changes Background Image's opacity according to settings
• When browser loses focus, it decreases Background Image's opacity according to settings

I noticed that the current implementation doesn’t handle background image opacity on window focus/blur.
I’ve implemented a fix for this and tested it locally. Would you be open to me creating a Pull Request for review? ?
