RFC: Consider creating a public kyoo Github Organization

Feature description

This might be a "further down the road" idea, but if you ever needed to onboard people to help with development or create and manage multiple repos for Kyoo it would be a lot easier to do in a dedicated Github organization.

This seems a bit early but if others start contributing/maintaining that will be something to look into.
