CSL 1.0.2 support

There are a bunch of new types/terms/variables etc, and a couple of little variable changes.

• types
• variables
• terms
• locators
• String variables moved to number variables
• Addition to editor-translator behavior
• New Chicago page-range-format options
• Title variables now listed as a separate category
• Deprecation (will be removed in CSL 1.1)
• Removal of field category terms
• Check sub verbo => sub-verbo

Zotero is moving on this front and we need to citeproc-rs to support it fully to be able to ship it as the default citeproc version.

Are there any plans to pick up work on this issue or has the repo been abandoned?
