Static service onboarding via Wizard issues

Describe the bug

For Routes, the wizard requires that the gateway path start with a slash /. This results in an extra slash in the base path, as well as an extra dash in some metadata

When I tried so save a second static definition (for service1) it overwrote the first definition (for service2). It did warn me that it would overwrite an existing definition, at least.

Expected behavior
The static definition wizard should not break metadata and be consistent.
