Transition to simplified architecture

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The API Mediation Layer architecture consists from multiple services. The services register to the discovery services and issue regular heartbeats. This does introduce lots of complexity unnecessary on the z/OS platform.

Describe the solution you'd like
Integrate all the services in one simpler services.

• Therefore remove the need to communicate
• Simplify finding the issue
• Limit or remove the need to issue client type level of certificates
• Limit the performance impact of the API Mediation Layer.
