Invalid prompt for userid and password / accepts wrong password

I did a certificate logon to Zowe 33. ( I select a certificate .. and it logs on)

I get

I click on API catalog.... it gives me

I enter userid aaaaa password bbbbb and it logs on - even though userid aaaaa does not exist.

I was not expecting the second display - it should go directly to api catalog

@colinpaicemq Do you know which user is logged in?

Based on what we see it seems as if the client certificate is used for the login and thus the user from the certificate is used and the login failure is ignored, it's only that the API Catalog didn't correctly caught that the user is already logged in.
