Rename the CICS extension

Zowe's TSC and the Linux Foundation have decided on "Zowe® Explorer for IBM® CICS® Transaction Server" as the new name for the CICS extension to make it clear that this extension is developed as part of the Zowe project.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rename the CICS extension to Zowe® Explorer for IBM® CICS® Transaction Server and update https://github.com/zowe/cics-for-zowe-client/blob/main/packages/vsce/README.md to include the new name.

For the ext. display name, do not include registered trademark symbols.
Do include the registered trademark symbols in the readme and documentation.

That will be helpful! Will save lots of me saying "It says IBM but it's actually Zowe" 😅

I don't think this would require us to change the ID "cics-extension-for-zowe" - just the external strings. That way our API won't change.

Hey @adam-wolfe - I was just looking at this this morning.

We have broadly four names in play:

                    "cli": "IBM CICS Plug-in for Zowe CLI",
                    "sdk": "IBM CICS for Zowe SDK",
                    "vsce": "IBM CICS Extension for Zowe Explorer",
                    "vsce-api": "IBM CICS Extension for Zowe Explorer API",

Currently I'm thinking it's fairly safe to change sdk, vsce, vsce-api like this:

                    "sdk": "Zowe SDK for IBM CICS Transaction Server",
                    "vsce": "Zowe Explorer for IBM CICS Transaction Server",
                    "vsce-api": "Zowe Explorer for IBM CICS Transaction Server API",

Would you expect the CLI also to be renamed to:

                    "cli": "Zowe CLI Plug-in for IBM CICS Transaction Server",

@adam-wolfe and I agreed that the CLI should be renamed as well! I'm working on it :-)
