Enable z/OS Unix Files to appear as hyperlinks which take the user to the z/OS Unix tree.

When I see a z/OS Unix File path in a resource (e.g. a log file in a JVM server) then I'd like it to be clickable and to take me to the z/OS Unix tree.

Partial paths (e.g. a URIMAP relative path) shouldn't be clickable.

When we do this, we'll be depending on the new command that Khushboo added to Zowe Explorer. Therefore in our code we'll need to check that this new command is present before we mark z/OS Unix items as hyperlinks.
