I hope that we can improve the message to say at least that these are status from "signals.h".

These are https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signal_(IPC) unix signal numbers.
15 is usually SIGTERM.

C <signal.h> appears to have that mapping. It could be that we could replace the text
INFO ZWEL0004I component gateway(50397378) terminated, status = 15
with something like
INFO ZWEL0004I component gateway(50397378) terminated, signal SIGTERM received

terminated, signal SIGTERM received

but a link to where the codes are define would be acceptable.
