Large overhead on Zowe CLI

While using the cli I have noticed a large overhead of around 3 seconds for any request,

The common way around this is to use the daemon, however it seems that as there is one daemon, this limits Zowe CLI to only being able to process one command at any given time.
Is there a way to get around these issues or is this worth opening a bug report/feature request?

@JJS-M4 You are right that the daemon processes requests 1 at a time sequentially - see #1178 (comment)
