Describe the bug

after rename of Seq DS error seen for cannot find file when attempting to open it, changed profiles did similar filter search and see the file not renamed.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Rename Seq DS
2. Click on DS and see error finding file
3. If possible use new profile to do filter search
4. See Seq DS not actually renamed

Expected behavior

Rename of any DS should behave correctly
