Update profile hover info upon updates to config and ZE refreshes #3638

Describe the bug
Hover information will get out of date with changes to config file, for example change autoStore: true to false and save hover not updated. I suggest having a way to update hover information with config watcher fires and in the refresh methods.
While work is going on here in the hover, I believe that more information that is available about the profile can be shared before a filter search is in place like autoStore, cred manager enabled, config location, and if basic auth with user id in place can add that too.
