Drag and drop data set onto different profile on same LPAR deletes the data set

Describe the bug

If I have multiple profiles that access the same LPAR and attempt to drag a data set from one profile to the other, the data set will be deleted LPAR.

To Reproduce

1. Have two profiles for the same LPAR
2. Drag a data set from one profile to the other
3. Get warning about data set being overwritten and click Confirm (note that if you have DS pagination on, you may not get this warning)
4. The data set has been removed

Expected behavior

I would expect nothing to happen (or overwrite the data set with itself, which would have the same result).

Separate enhancement:
Drag and Drop is equivalent to a move operation. So we are considering a pop-up to warn the users about the operation. (with a don't show again checkbox?)
