Ability to drag/drop to & from USS to a local w/s file or an MVS dataset.

I would like the ability to drag and drop files from or to my local workstation into USS zFS or MVS datasets using Zowe Explorer. At the moment it is only possible to upload files from a w/s to a zFS using the USS view menu Upload Files, and not to download files from USS to the local w/s. In addition its not possible to transfer files from USS to an MVS dataset.

RSE offers this capability and its very powerful with the local scratchpad and transferring files between the local environment and z/OS is one of the very common use cases that you need to do when working on z/OS. Without this most users would resort to an FTP command line or another tools that supports this.
