Refresh option for files

On z/OS we frequently work with middleware that has log files in USS. By the very nature of log files you need to refresh them frequently to work with a product and to problem determination and testing.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like a context menu for all files and/or hot key (i.e F5) that is accessible for all file types that allows the Zowe Explorer view to be refreshed without having to naviage to the tree view. This includes

• USS files in zFS
• MVS data set members

Currently you have to navigate to the tree view and select "Pull from mainframe", but this is often problematic as you may have lost the context of your current file in the tree, as you often work with dozens of files open.
