Wrong description in documentation - zowe install command/step

Describe the bug
In documentation, there is written that install step should be executed only within convenience build.

That is not correct, install step should be executed also within installation/configuration from SMP/E or PSWI.
Without that, user have to run zowe from TARGET libraries. (install step creates remaining runtime libraries).

Correction should be done at least there

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
install step is for every type of installation, not just for convenience build.
Will create these RUNTIME data sets under zowe.setup.dataset.prefix definition:
SZWEAUTH contains few Zowe load modules (++PROGRAM).
SZWESAMP contains several sample configurations.
SZWEEXEC contains few utilities used by Zowe.
SZWELOAD contains config manager for REXX.
