Optimize USS Tree, DS Tree, and CLI fetching and fetch full set of attributes

Optimize fetching of Data set and USS attributes to only fetch the attributes required for tree context
ZE Extension DS Tree: name and dsorg
ZE Extension USS: name and mode
CLI Command w/ attributes: false: name

Also, support fetching of full list of PDS and member attributes in "Show Attributes" webview
