Currently, the list ds handler returns a transformed list of attributes to match z/OSMF responses.
However, there is no way to access the ISPF statistics as-is.

Add a command and API to return ISPF attributes for a data set or PDS member.

Describe alternatives you've considered

You can access these stats in the ISPF menus, but its inconvenient from a scripter / developer perspective.

Provide any additional context

Came up after discussion about preserving/updating ISPF stats after DS write operations.
