Zowe Native Proto Rename

Describe the bug

In certain areas of the codebase "Zowe Native Proto" is externalized, e.g. package.json. In the context of Zowe CLI or Zowe Explorer, these should be renamed to Zowe Remote SSH (ZRS). In other cases, we should probably remove "proto" and simply refer to "Zowe Native" code used by ZRS.
