It would be a great enhancement if the tool allowed users to select different instrument sounds for playback. Currently, it uses a single default tone, which limits the expressive potential when composing melodies.
Adding support for various sound types—such as square waves, triangle waves, or more natural instrument sounds like guitar strings and acoustic piano—would make the experience much richer and more musically satisfying.
Even just a few preset options like:
- Classic Nokia tone
- Chiptune (square wave)
- Guitar string
- Acoustic piano
- Soft sine wave
...would offer great creative flexibility.
