'Export' Excalidraw as 'live' clickable self contained document.

Hi, I love excalidraw and obsidian. I'm increasingly using it to visually represent tasks and concepts for my students. I wonder if there is a way to share an exported live but static Excalidraw which recipients can open, navigate around, zoom and click on links? I know I can share on excalidaraw website, but I'm not clear how durable/accessible that is.
