Fluvial Model - dcr

In the notebook, for the fluvial model you set dcr to 10, is this a necessary parameter for fluvial models?

Hi Thomas - no, 'bth' and 'dcr' are only used when building 3d submarine channel models. They have no impact on how a fluvial model looks like. Maybe they should be optional arguments...?

I think that would be the most 'proper'(?) way, or allowing them to be set to false?
